Home From Home collects, at the time of your registration or contact by use of Home From Home's site your name, email address and telephone number, certain “personal information” (information that personally identifies you) including but not limited to your name, email address, telephone number, and information about your computer hardware and software (e.g., IP address, operating system, browser type, access times, and referring web site addresses).
Purposes for Collecting Personal Information
Home From Home collects and uses personal information for the following Identified Purposes:
to understand customer needs regarding Home From Home’s services;
to develop and provide our web site and our services for our customers;
to fulfil your requests for services or information;
to communicate with customers and site visitors, when necessary, and to inform customers of services available from Home From Home;

Disclosure, Processing and Retention
Home From Home does not sell, rent or disclose your personal information to anyone else.
Home From Home will use reasonable efforts to protect customers’ personal information.
We retain bank details in order to process regular financial transactions. Payment information is also kept to record any other payments made to Home From Home for services. Bank statements and records will record transactions linking them to individuals.
We will only disclose financial information to authorised individuals and bodies who intend to use it to record financial transactions for accounting purposes or to collect monies owed to us.
We have installed CCTV systems in some of our premises used by members of the public, for the purposes of crime prevention and detection. CCTV is also installed on the outside of some of our buildings for the purposes of crime prevention and detection as well as investigating insurance claims.
In all locations, signs are displayed notifying you that CCTV is in operation and providing details of who to contact for further information about the scheme.
Images captured by CCTV will not be kept for longer than necessary. However, on occasions there may be a need to keep images for longer, for example where a crime or insurance claim is being investigated.
We will only disclose images to authorised bodies who intend to use it for the purposes stated above.
Images will not be released to individuals directly for civil matters without the involvement of a solicitor, to the media for entertainment purposes or be placed on the internet for public viewing.
