Home From Home has established this Privacy Policy to explain how it protects and manages the personal information that it collects from you (the customer) online.

Home From Home has implemented this Privacy Policy to protect personal information received from its customers, and to respond to any inquiries. The Privacy Policy also provides that Home From Home will not share personal information with any third parties.

We retain bank details in order to process regular financial transactions. Payment information is also kept to record any other payments made to Home From Home for services. Bank statements and records will record transactions linking them to individuals.

CCTV

We have installed CCTV systems in some of our premises used by members of the public, for the purposes of crime prevention and detection. CCTV is also installed on the outside of some of our buildings for the purposes of crime prevention and detection as well as investigating insurance claims.

In all locations, signs are displayed notifying you that CCTV is in operation and providing details of who to contact for further information about the scheme.

Images captured by CCTV will not be kept for longer than necessary. However, on occasions there may be a need to keep images for longer, for example where a crime or insurance claim is being investigated.

We will only disclose images to authorised bodies who intend to use it for the purposes stated above.

Images will not be released to individuals directly for civil matters without the involvement of a solicitor, to the media for entertainment purposes or be placed on the internet for public viewing.
